Best skin care advice for almost 13 year old please. Her skin is covered in spots, shes been cleansing toning and moisturising for almost a year with bubble. It seems hormonal as this also happened the last 6 months approx 7 days before her period. Period starts and skin clears up lovely for 2.5 weeks and then it erupts again. No budget but must be suitable for her age please 🙏

I would contact the doctor something maybe with a steroid in it ❤️
Have you tried Duac cream by prescription from the doctor, it helped my son and daughter loads xxxx
2 in 1 head and shoulders, my oldest used to have really bad spots and it’s cleared in up in a few weeks.
Honestly, all I’ve ever used is a Dove beauty bar on my face. Never had spots or particularly oily skin. No need for moisturiser either as it has that built in.
My daughters who’s 12 uses simple cleanser, toner and moisturiser and her skin is generally ok. The odd spot but nothing drastic
Clean diet, drink 3 litres of water and plenty of exercise. Full stop
