Please help settle a disagreement between my 14yr old and I!!
He seems to think 90% of adults go to bed at 12,1,2am every day and I am the the outlier for wanting to be in bed by 10-11pm ish.
Appreciate different lifestyles, shift work etc but generally what time do you go to bed?!

1-2 am on my days not at work
I go to bed at 8 as I have to be upstairs when my autistic child tries and settles and I got to sleep between half 10 and 11. My 12 year old goes to bed at 8 and falls asleep at 8.15
Between 9&10 for me
I personally go to bed at like 9-930 lol
9.30 -10 at latest ! Need my sleep 😴

I have an almost 7 month old, I go to bed at 11 at the latest. I’m in bed right now 🤣
I’m in bed for 10 lights and internet out 🤣 unless it’s the weekend and cocktails are involved 🫣
Ten or half ten 🥱 I have a 13 month old who is up at 6:30 or 7am
