If a dad pays maintenance for 1 child who he has every other weekend, but now with his new mrs is having a baby, will that affect his payments for 1st child? Also if he doesn’t declare these changes and then has ‘overpaid’ would the mum receiving maintenance have to pay back to him what was overpaid?

Like the othera have said yes it will normally lower 1st childs payment.
I’m not sure about the overpayment as it shouldn’t change till baby/babies are born.

Yes it does make a difference to the percentage he pays so if over paid might have to pay money back xx
Yes it will affect the amount he pays you once his other child is born. His payments to you will reduce as he’ll have another child to pay for.
