Hi, can I have a private post please. My little boy is 10 months old and I’ve been exclusively breastfeeding until now, I’m really exhausted and tapped out from it. But my baby will not accept a bottle, I’ve spent over 200 euros on bottles trying to find one he likes but he’s having none of it. I’ve also tried a sippy cup, that didn’t work either. He’s now drinking the formula from an open cup 2-3 times a day but only about 3 oz each feed. I want to go cold turkey with the breastfeeding but I’m scared that if he starts refusing the formula and I have no breast milk we will be stuck. The second problem is he still wakes up 2-3 times per night to nurse and it’s the only way he falls asleep. Has anyone been in the same situation? I’d really appreciate any advice ladies, thank you.

Not sure if still around but I fed my daughter from a teat shaped like a nipple think the supplier was called “Nuk”. It worked at treat. Just looked on amazon and they do them
I stopped breastfeeding at 4 months, wdt use a bottle so went straight to a cup
Do you live with babies dad if you both work take some time off 2 weeks if possible and go cold turkey as it either pump or formula. Give cuddles and that maybe try and put things on your boobs so taste isn’t exactly that nice for him hopefully he won’t want the breast then and will start to drink from bottle. Make sure teats aren’t to fast for him to drink from aswell x
I was in this situation but had very little choice because i needed to go back to work.
Cold turkey is your only choice ( not easy ) your baby is on solids so won’t starve.
You’ve got this 💪
Best advice i was ever given was mix feed.
I also had a boy who did the same. If you can express then do so he can have breast milk from a cup. Will take about a month if not little longer but he’ll probably go straight to cup. My first boy did. It was boob or cup. He would not accept a bottle
Try a fruit shoot bottle my kids loved them they could control the liquid better
