Hi can I have a pp please, basically my next door neighbour is a night mare and has had a problem since iv moved in to my property as it’s a communal garden and the old tenant didn’t use it as he was old and disabled he rarely left house and now I have to kids and moved into the house she’s given me none stop hassle shouting at me and kids for been in garden on her bit as she calls it but council have just sent her a letter telling her it is all communal just starting arguements with me and my partner when she’s been drinking as we can tell as she comes out slurring, but for past 5 months she’s just been reporting me to council for stupid things I don’t even do like looking through her windows and leaving gate open and parking car on front as it’s a public foot path but you can use it for dropping off and unloading anyway she done that and it got referred to police and they decided to give out a AB something like I will or won’t do list for us both to sign as she refused mediation on numerous occasions, so police came round and she signed hers and we refused as we think the rules are silly and if we sign this she’s only going to ring up every 5 mins saying we have done this and that when we haven’t as she is doing now and that is like signing our home away, so they come round and spoke to us and had a good listen and decided that we was right and if she can’t agree to mediation then they will scrap the AB something’s as we haven’t done anything rong anyway. So now she’s rang social services on me, I really don’t know how much of this crap off her I can take surely this is harrasment it’s making me ill I can’t even breathe without thinking who’s guna be investigating me next with lies she keeps telling, it’s every week I’m just hoping someone knows how to go about this cause i am really struggling to find out best soultion to stop this nightmare neighbour thank you in advance xxxx
