Has anybody gone through the mediation process to make amendments to a child arrangement order? I’ve been advised that this is the first step but I’m worried about the reaction I’ll get from my son’s dad. If he agrees to the amendments I’m suggesting, is this legally binding or just his word? Would it be possible for my recommendations to be rejected? Or what could I do if it makes the situation for our son even more difficult? I’m scared basically as he has a way of manipulating and controlling everyone involved. Can anyone help? TIA 🤞
