High School, never called it secondary school
Secondary School as its in the School’s name.
High school. Live in uk. St Peter’s High school me and my boys went too.

Hi call it high school but when I was younger it was high school for girls and boys that passed their 12+ and secondary school for the mixed schools who didn’t pass

Depends how old you are, my grandparents say secondary school but my parents (and I) say high school

College, grammar, high school would be the most common official names used in my part of UK.
I am 44, live in the south west UK and it’s always been secondary school, my kids are 23 and 18 and they called it secondary school as well, so did my parents and older brothers.
