Hi all, I know this is a mums page but I’m a mum needing advise on a housing situation if that is okay.. quick few facts.. my neighbour stood on their shed threatening my child and partner. I had to ring 999 when they came they were aware of our neighbours having problems where as I was in aware. They’ve made complaints for some time but police never did anything because they were insane complaints that obv are not true. Fast forward they have been awful since. We were going through for a management move with housing and 2 managers said yes but the main one said no so it was a no at the moment. They have cameras facing into our back garden and say they listen to and record everything (if we were these awful people threatening them then they could have the proof and show police) but they don’t because it’s all a mental health problem from the partner from what I can tell. He says the extremes of thinking we will preform terriorst acts on him alone. Housing have proof of the partner saying sorry for the other ones behaviour, he won’t get help, I have to leave him to his own actions and consequences but just doesn’t help me. Me and my children can’t go in our garden, I hate being here. I’m trying to house swap but that might not happen. Has anyone had this experience or please give any advice! The police are aware of so many complaints that is more like harassment than truth that they are also concerned for us but unless next door is physically they can’t do nothing, they’ve given warnings through police and housing.
