What do other peoples employers do for bank holidays? I work in a well known department store it is always busier on BH’s we don’t get paid more or time off later In the year, where as my partner gets every BH off but if he wanted to work he can and add an extra day holiday when he chooses, also a lot of my personal friends who work through it get double pay. Please tell me I’m not the only sucker who has to work harder for the same money
