Here you are advised to not bath your baby till the cord falls off; to prevent the cord from getting infected. During the period of waiting for the cord to fall off, you will notice a constant peeling of your newborn’s skin (like fish Skale) What I did was to constantly clean “King Solomon’s” skin with Almond oil and a cotton pad. I gently slide the damp cotton pad through his skin. As a new mom did/do you experience this and what did you do? Please comment below.
