Hi private post please.
My partner pays £400 CSA a month for one child. Has him every other week for 2 nights to sleep and 2 nights in the week for tea.
His mother is now demanding more money for hobbies and because it wasn’t sorted through mediation she’s now going to court.
Where does he stand with this? Surely they can’t make him pay more than what he’s paying £400+ a months is a lot for one child?
