Hi, please can I have an anonymous post.
I am a bit confused about the qualifying week & 26 weeks of employment. Could someone please help me figure it out?
– I started my employment on 19th February 2026 so have already been employed 26 weeks.
– EDD is 16th April 2027
I have worked out by my qualifying week which will be 27th December. (Which is the 15 weeks before my due date)
By then I would have been employed for 45 weeks AT THE END of the qualifying week.
Does that sound like I have worked it out right?

Yeah pretty much, im due 31 jan and my qualifying week is 18th October
