Hi I was wondering would you post a post for me please im 38 weeks pregnant and I’ve got piles due to been pregnant they are sore , but I have tried everything I can do , to get the smaller. I need advice they are on the outside does anyone know do they come out after baby comes out or will I need surgery.

Oh you poor thing my wife had them really bad try put ice cubes between your butt cheeks and when you have baby they will be worse the Dr Dr told my wife they were like Californian oranges 😆 ice packs and supposetries should make them go down and alot of ultraproct oinmment
Speak to your midwife. They do go away in time. I would ordinarily recommend germoloids triple action. Not sure if it’s suitable when you are pregnant though. You won’t need surgery.
