Hi Can i have private post please? We have had a childminder for my sons for approx 2 years. Everything was fine but for first 6 months or so then a new family joined. To say the new mum and childminder are clicky is an understatement. So much so when i collect my sons im met with a mood like as if im a nuisance asking how youngest ate , slept etc. My child notices it as much as i do to the point he mentions he notices the childminders kids treat him differently to the other kids there. For example exclusion from games and left out so he has to play with the kids 2 years younger where as there are 3 boys there his age including childminders son. Its getting on my wick. Like an episode of mean girls all over again except this women and the mum whose kids recently started are in their 40s. I just dont even want my child going somewhere where he suddenly has to fit in. Childcare hard to find in our town.

Why have you not changed childminders long before now? If your kuds are noticing this then why would you send them for even 1 more day???
Why is he still going ?
