Hi can i have a ppp.
So my child is 10yrs old, she has always been over weight, for context she has Arfid and only eats yellow food. I’m really worried about her weight, but the Arfid specialist won’t see us because she’s not under weight.i just don’t know what time do.
She does eat breakfast most days, a small bowl of cereal, then lunch is a small sausage roll, a packet of crisps, sometimes a pot of jelly and some fruit gummie things she likes, then she has a snack after school, then her dinner which is either a lidls frozen pizza or popcorn chicken an half a pack of noodles, sometimes sausage and pasta, then a small pudding.
I know this sounds alot but we have tried to cut her back, but she also has autism and things have to be a certain way.
Any help and advice would be great. Please no nasty comments as I am really trying. Tia
