I suffer with really bad piles and have done for years, currently on waiting list for surgery but since Saturday I have had 2 really bad flare ups and one has resulted in them bursting! I am currently in agony and know it’s going to happen again is there anything at all apart from a hot bath that I can do to help myself? I have used absol, hemmerhoid ointment, paracetamol nothing is working at all, just a hot bath takes the pain away but I obviously can’t just sit there 😩😩

Best ointment I have had it anusal but the herbal one, I put it on every time I go to the toilet, tbh sometimes went to the toilet to put it on when things were really bad and mine were pretty big couldnt sit down
An urgent GP appointment, you could end up with an infection. Good luck.
