this one is for the new mamas 🫶 first I want you to remember to ALWAYS prioritize you and baby during the first few weeks until you are cleared. Even if you feel 100% at two weeks postpartum your placenta leaves a plate sized wound inside of you that needs time to heal. Prioritizing your core is the #1 thing you have to do once you’ve been cleared! As a first time mom I was really confused and lost on what to do until I did my research through my entire pregnancy and made sure I took my time to get back to working out postpartum. Reminder: you are a good mom. Take care of yourself so you can be 100% with your baby and family 🫶🤍
