I’m hoping for some miracle?! My son is in agony (itching, making it sore)

My daughter had this when younger. I was advised to dab with apple cider vinegar and it cleared up.
We ended up seeing a paediatrician for our son as he had it for a year they told me to use bazuka. It cleared up so fast afterwards.
Get him in the bath. Soak him. When he gets out. Pick the ones with the white ball off him completely making sure the white ball has gone. Then dispose of that as that’s the virus. Then repeat every 2 nights and change sheets and pillowcases and wash all the soft toys.

I recently tried the moogoo zinc on my daughters and it dried up in a couple of days. I thought it worked better than any of the creams I’ve got from the doctors.
