Just need a little advice. Me and my partner separated last year. We co-parent really well and still get on great and I’m really happy with how we manage things. He has met someone else and was open about it which I am completely fine with. We had a mutual agreement between us that if we were to meet anyone else we would make sure that we know it’s serious enough to introduce our children. I have no problem with him introducing someone to my children when the time feels right but my problem is is that this person he is now with and wants to introduce is a person who severely bullied me through both primary and high school. He knows how much this person ruined so much of my childhood and I genuinely cannot stand this person at any cost. I know this is a separate personal issue of mine but I don’t want that person anywhere near my children and I don’t know what the best way to go about this. I don’t want to damage our co-parenting in anyway but he knows how much this person put me through and the thought of her being around my children just makes me feel physically sick.
I’m not a bad person and we are on or what I thought we were on is a really good common ground but I feel this is a massive step to far…
Any advice would be so much appreciated ❤️
