I feel like I’m in neighbours wars, living in a block of flats I’ve got two children she has none, shes in her 40s-50s I would say. I feel like I can’t even walk around/tidy up, can’t even have my windows open! She starts banging on the ceiling , plays music really loud like base music so it vibrates the floor. It all started off with an aggressive message from her over my children playing 13& 2 years old.. threatening my older child , recording conversations we’ve had that’s why we have to close our window, because she recorded us talking and played it on her speaker loudly caught her poking her head out the window and then she screamed at me! What do I do now? Because I’ve had police talk to her , I’ve reported her so many times to council but nothing is being done. Yesterday she had thrown something at my door too white liquid it’s just getting draining now, I’m trying to get my toddler to sleep and she’s playing music so loud.

Report her if your council… write and date everything… record the noise when she’s got music on. Write down & time it
Sending lots of calm vibes your way
Report to council or association she’s being anti social simple
They can, but they won’t. I’ve been experiencing this for nearly 3 years. Have reported it endlessly to the housing association and council, but they’re simply not interested.
Phone the police, start keeping record, thats harassment, take photos of any damage too x
Record the loud music report to environmental health x
I had a similar situation this couple used to come home from work at 630pm they would blast their music with a power subwoofer bass. These flats the walls are thin. It would be worse on Saturday night I had to sleep on the sofa. With noise cancelling headphones I even got a hepatoma in my ear. Went on for years. But thankfully during Covid they moved out cause they couldn’t afford to pay for it. It was the best time of my life. I live in a private place the body corporate didn’t give a toss. Sorry you’re in this situation.
keep calling the police if she’s going things like that, keep a log of what’s happening, times and dates, keep as much evidence as you can and speak to housing again, speak with citizens advise who can advise if anything else you can do
Record everything- she so much as sneezes your direction it’ll be logged!!
Put a camera in your window and one facing the door. Being in a block of flats, as long as you and your child’s lives aren’t in danger, you grey-rock the hell out of them. 🩶 Grey rocking basically means giving someone as little emotional reaction or engagement as possible don’t argue, don’t defend yourself unnecessarily, don’t react to comments or attempts to provoke you, and keep any responses short, neutral and boring when you do need to respond. When you’re out and about, don’t acknowledge her, don’t react to her, don’t respond at all. Just go about your day without showing her anything back.
I had issues with neighbours for years and did exactly this. At first, they kept testing boundaries to see if they could get a reaction out of me, but eventually they gave up and have left us alone.
