My daughter was in foster care for a while, she has since returned and disclosed abuse from a full grown women on teo occasions, I’ve reported this and the police closed the case without investigating without speaking to her, they have said because it was done more then 6months ago, children will not disclose abuse until they feel safe, apparently the 6 month time frame is the law! This is disgusting and I want to fo the parliament and try and change this stupid law ive email my local mp, but is there anything else I can do pls 🙏 this is not right my daughter needs to know there are consequences for these actions 😪
