There’s a horrible saying “Cold babies cry, hot babies die”. Which unfortunately has some truth to it because it can become an increased SIDS risk if babies overheat. . The tricky part to balance this is that if babies get too cold, it can result in frequent wakes overnight. . There are some signs to look out for if your little one is cold. The caveat is that your baby for example may just sleep with your bum in the air naturally. So use your judgement as these are common signs. .
