  1. Talk to your GP, also look for mother and baby groups that you and baby can attend together, for her to play and for you to meet other mums aswell that may also be in your situation too. Trust me I was in your situation 13yrs ago (was still with dad but he was never around, but after work he would go out) I had 3 young children at the time nearly 4yr old 2yr old and and 6months old on my days of from work I was fed up and looked for mother and baby groups helped me loads meet new moms and alot was single moms and struggling themselves and went to the group the same reason I did. My inbox is open if you need to talk xx

  2. it sounds like you could well be suffering post natal depression on top off all the stress, speak to your doctor, do you get on well with your older kids dad if so could you possibly talk to him regarding your concerns as you never know he could put your mind at risk that he wouldn’t ever separate the kids, also time to speak up to your family and let them know how your feeling i’m sure they would be there for you more if they new how you was feeling they most likely just think your doing an amazing job and not needing the support but that’s not the case when your a single mummy, believe me i totally understand, it becomes a very lovely world at times, please find your voice and open up to your family and friends xx
