What do people do when they have a partner who just goes quiet/ refuses to talk to you when they are angry/pissed off. I’d rather actually have a row than the bloody quiet treatment

My hubby has ADHD and he does this I give him time to calm down and then we talk about the problem … it does annoy me that’s he’s not talking but it’s better that way than him saying something in the heat of the moment that he doesn’t mean and is hurtful

Let then have their quiet time and gi back to it later its not always gonna be best to do things how u want
