Private post please 🫶🏼 I was with my ex partner who I have 2 children with for 13 years. I relied on him finically due to him asking me to look after the children and he would provide( I was silly never rely on anyone ) He left me for another woman. I was absolutely heart broken and I didn’t handle it well at the beginning. I was left with 2 children. Finically I had nothing. Anyway I started to heal, move on with life. It’s been 6 months. My kids dad does everything and anything to make my life hell. He’s very inconsistent with his children, not turning up for them when agreed. Cancelling whenever he wants to. If I dare pull him up on his behaviour I get ‘im not paying for them now’ or ‘I’m not coming for them now’ It’s has took a massive mental toll on my 7 year old. Who’s acting out massively. I’ve got him the help needed from his school. He’s dad is now saying I’m keeping his children away. He’s playing the victim card. But still isn’t fighting for his kids. He knows if he stepped up and was consistent he has every opportunity to see his kids. Anyway my point is I’m rock bottom and don’t know what to do going forward x

I’ll be honest this sounds like financial abuse and coercive control.
It’s affecting you as the main carer for your kids and it’s affecting your kids tell him if he wants to be involved going forward to go through court and contact CSA
Personally if he’s not consistent then he doesn’t see them at all especially if it’s having an impact on the children.
I would go to a lawyer to try get a contact order so he has to stick to it .
I’d also open a case up with CMS
