I have combined ADHD. I was assessed 4 months ago.Has anyone got any tips or anything that helps them organise their life! Or their homes that makes their lives alittle easier? I work full time, 2 children aged 9 who also have ADHD. And a 13year old
Also a Big one of mine that I struggle with! Money! & bills. I struggle so much with compulsive spending. My main priority bills are payed, but I am in debt with others.
