My 7 month old son bit he’s 22month old cousin she was crawling next to him he had already pulled her hair and bit her once I warned her if she did get to close she could be bit agian will she didn’t listen and got bit again now her mom wants an apology and I do not feel as though she needs one not only did I warn the older child but both kids are simply too young I told her instead that none of the kids are at fault and we need to watch them closely and she is not happy with that what should I do
