Hiya, please could I have a PPP. Without going into much detail, I was physically attacked at my kids school yesterday by another parent. Her child an mine have been having issues. Police are involved, parent banned from the school. (My kids and other children actually witnessed it). Just wondering if anyone else has had this? What was put in place for you and your kids? I’m genuinely quite worried this ‘woman’ may attack me outside of school (she had her older daughter who was over 16 threaten my 10 year old also). I don’t want to take my kids back there, but they only started last term (just before 6 week holidays). Has anyone got any advice please? I’m genuinely so worried about it all. Tia x

  1. I haven’t been attacked but my son has only on Friday actually by other students they even filmed him! The students have now been suspended and I drop my son off at later/ earlier times to avoid however the students suspended I suspect could be waiting for him outside the school so that’s why I pick him up aswell- the school have a duty to put somthing in place xx

  2. Have you reported it to the police thats a good route and call the school or set up a meeting during school hours so you dont bump into the parent. Tbh the school should be setting up a meeting for the parents involved anyway so it can be sorted if nothing else is working. So sorry that happened to you and I hope you get supported xx

  3. Never been attacked! I would suggest a meeting with the school immediately, I’d suggest dropping off at breakfast club/ or later ??
I would suggest picking up earlier or later once kids have all left! There is no point hiding or moving school as a bully will find you, I would suggest addressing the issues and have a word with your child to see exactly what involvement she’s had with the pupil for the mother to attack you!! People just don’t attack people for no good reason as harsh as that sounds may I ask has your child maybe bullying the child??? And maybe the child is feeling the exact same way as you are????
