Really need some advice regarding my daughter I’m stuck and I don’t know where to go from here
She has just started secondary school we’re on the second day of her refusing to go to school yesterday I couldn’t get her out of bed, today I managed to get her to school but I couldn’t get her out the car and no one was avalible to Come help me get her out the car and into school so I had to give up and take my other daughter school who was half an hour late by this point, I have rang the doctors and have an appointment on Thursday to get her assessed through right to choose for adhd and possibly autism, she is really struggling she Is so emotional and angry and really does not want to go to school , i have requested a send meeting at school which will not happen till next week now but my worry is what can I do for the rest of the week, how can I get my daughter to go when she really does not want to go and I can’t drag her there kicking and screaming, should school be doing more? What can I do? Please help! 😩

Ride it out, don’t send her if shes stressed, school should contact you and will hopefully start helping, this is what happened with my daughter, she now goes every day.
I’ve had this for most of primary and a little bit for year 7. Primary they helped me, secondary nope. I’ve spent many an hour just sitting in the car with her til she finally went in, I’ve wouldn’t take her home. The school did get us some help, and would only do this once she got in the gates. Good luck. It’s not easy but now she sails in. Year 8 x
I was in this situation my daughter was diagnosed with school phobia …she just went to pieces…she would literally throw up ….as you say you cant drag them ask school for work for her to do at home …xx
